DO I HAVE TO BE AT HOME TO ACCEPT MY DELIVERY?
We recommend being available to receive your order, especially for faster shipping options.
In some cases, the courier may leave your package in a safe place. If delivery fails, the order may be returned or require redelivery.

I USED A WELCOME CODE - WILL I GET ANOTHER ONE AFTER RETURNING?
If your first order was placed using a welcome code and you return it for store credit, we’ll honor that discount.

SIZING
HOW DO I FIND MY SIZE?
To measure yourself, follow these steps:
- Bust: Measure around the fullest part of your chest, without a bra.
- Waist: Measure around the narrowest part of your waist.
- High hip: Measure around the top of your hip bone.
- Bottom: Measure around the widest part of your hips.
Make sure the measuring tape sits flat against your body without pulling too tight.
If you don’t have a tape measure, you can use a string and measure it with a ruler.

I’M BETWEEN SIZES, WHAT SHOULD I DO?
Our sizing follows a standard cm guide.
If you’re between sizes, we recommend checking the fit notes on the product page — some styles are more adjustable than others.
If you prefer a tighter fit, size down. For more comfort, size up.

Our bikini tops and one pieces are designed without padding.
They are made with high-quality double-lined fabric to provide structure and support.

To keep your swimwear looking its best, we recommend following these care tips:
- Hand-wash in cold water with a gentle cleanser as soon as possible after use.
- Lay flat or hang to dry in the shade.
- Make sure your piece is completely dry before storing.
- Avoid contact with sunscreen, tanning oils, and excessive chlorine.
- Avoid rough surfaces to prevent pulling or snagging.
We don’t recommend machine washing, as it can damage the fabric and affect the fit over time.
If using detergent, choose a mild, fragrance-free option designed for delicate fabrics.
