If something isn’t quite right with your Brizza order, you may request a return or exchange within 14 calendar days of receiving your order.
To ensure your item is eligible for return, the following conditions must be met:
- The item must be returned in original condition, unworn, unwashed and without odors (including perfumes or lotions).
- The item must have all original tags attached and include the original packaging.
- The return request must be made within 14 calendar days of receiving the order.
Please note that bikini bottoms cannot be returned or exchanged for hygiene reasons.
Only bikini tops are eligible for returns or exchanges.
Accepted reasons for return or exchange
Returns or exchanges may be requested in the following situations:
- Incorrect size
- Manufacturing defect
- Skin reaction (medical note required)
What are my options?
If your return is approved, you may choose one of the following options:
- Exchange: Swap your bikini top for another size or color, subject to stock availability.
- Store credit: Receive store credit that can be used toward your next Brizza purchase.
How do I lodge my return?
To lodge your return, please contact our customer service team at hello@brizzabikini.com. Returns are processed within 3 business days after the item arrives at our warehouse.
Once processed, you will receive an email confirming your exchange or store credit.
